Fat Face Ltd. - "Brand Camp"
In June 2011, Red Eye Productions worked with the event management team at Fat Face LTD to produce the companies, brand training event. The aim of the event was to help the Fat Face Management team to convey to their store and "Fat Base" managers about their visions of the brand for 2011/2012.
Under the leadership of technical manager Jon Matanlé from Red Eye Productions our team worked along side Fat face from the office to the site.
The Red Eye Productions Core Team consisted of a site manager, sound engineer, lighting technician and site electrician.
During the course of the week we provided versatile lighting and sound rigs to cope with events ranging from conferences to a party band on the Wednesday night, all based in the main event space, a three part tipi provided by World Inspired Tents.
On the main events field Fat Face requested that we installed an outside PA system, separate to the tipi, along with a roaming microphone to provide ability for announcements and music.
In this field we also provided site lighting for the end of the event day using VT1 portable lighting towers.
In The camping field we were asked to provide some low level lighting to assist campers during the night. This was provided using white festoon lighting elevated on poles to generate a gentle glow across the field.
We also provided mains power for other site facilities including showers, toilets and the catering marquee.
